Dayna Patrick was born to be a realtor, literally! Since both her parents were real estate brokers, Dayna has been “in the business” practically her entire life. It would be impossible to measure the value of her vast experience, but even more valuable is the genuine care she provides to each of her clients. Which is why it’s no surprise so many become clients for life.
Dayna has lived and/or worked in the Roanoke Valley since 1974 and officially became a real estate agent in 1990. She is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and Radford University. Not only is Dayna a “Big Fan” of the region, she has also emerged as one of its greatest ambassadors.
Dayna knows that buying a home is more about lifestyle than anything else. Whether it’s about buying or selling a home, farm or unique property, Dayna’s distinctive ability to listen and ask the right questions is key to understanding, and becoming an advocate for her client’s goals.
Dayna’s unique lifestyle is also and asset. Though she grew up working on a large horse farm, she now lives on a small farmstead in Daleville, VA where she raises free-range chickens, gathers eggs and grows organic herbs & vegetables. Her enjoyment comes from sharing the yields of her labor-of-love with family, friends and neighbors. She has also served several years as President of the Botetourt Farmers Market. Not surprisingly her interest in sustainable agriculture, good health and quality foods has led to many like-minded clients, and earned her the affectionate title of “The Realtor Chick”
More than anything, Dayna enjoys the privilege of guiding clients through the sometimes complicated process of buying or selling a home. Dayna’s success and business acumen has helped her gain the respect of colleagues and the real estate community, as evidenced by her numerous accreditations and awards. Most notably Dayna is recognized annually by RE/MAX International with the prestigious 100% Club Award, she is a Platinum Team Member, and she was recently inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
